This hotel is within a Renaissance-era structure, and guests often commented that it was among the most interesting places they had ever stayed. They loved the stories they could tell after staying in a place that was so steeped in history, and was used for a monastery and school before becoming a hotel.

Guests agreed that the staff consistently went out of their way to make them feel welcome and like they had everything they needed. Praise was especially given to the concierge staff, and guests said the concierge tried hard to personalise the experience and have an attentive attitude.
