The Location Is Supreme
The hotel location is close the Palais and Ackland Street. There is also a tram stop very close to the premises, so you will have no problem getting around. There are plenty of restaurants for dining, a supermarket, and other attractions. In fact, it's a great place for families.

Brilliant Staff
The staff are second to none. They are extremely helpful, congenial, and knowledgeable. They can answer your questions about getting around the area, which is very helpful if you are unfamiliar with the vicinity. Top-notch service is what they offer.

Breakfast Is Worth The Price
The breakfast is more than adequate. It's simple with fruit, pastries, eggs, and all the usual breakfast fare, but it's a good kick starter for the day.

You Could Get A Noisy One
Some rooms are vulnerable to a lot of noise. If you get a room located right near the door close to the outside balcony, and there are lots of visitors coming and going, it may become a bit too noisy. Noise from the street can become an issue as well. However, keep in mind that this depends on which side of the hotel your room is on.
negative:
Get There Fast
The hotel has great parking facilities, but it's a first-come first-serve affair. Therefore, if you are driving, you may or may not have a parking space. Be sure to check if the area has other parking accommodations just in case.

Where Is The Inspiration?
The hotel facilities are quite basic, nothing impressive, quite ordinary really. This could be a minus or plus depending on your perception; however, for the rating the hotel holds, you expect a bit more. The rooms are quite small as well. Another thing, it would be great if the hotel could add a sauna, swimming pool, or something of that sort instead of only a gym.
