Colour Hotel (Frankfurt, Germany)

The breakfast was thought to be good and varied by those guests who tried it. It consisted of coffee, cheeses, salami yoghurt and breads which was more than enough to satisfy many guests in the morning.

The hotel is located within a close walking distance from the main Frankfurt train station and various metro and public transport stops. The access to museums, shops and theatres is also easy to get to, and the hotel is good for tourist or business travel.

Most guests were happy and agreed their rooms were found to be clean and tidy. The housekeeping did a good job of cleaning the rooms and the simple layout was good, while the price was as well.

Some guests found the rooms to be too small for them and that the air-conditioning was not working so they had to leave the windows open. If they did this, they found the traffic noise to be too distracting, so it was not easy.

The Wi-Fi is limited to one device, and the hotel charges guests extra for additional devices used. Sometimes the Wi-Fi did not even work that well, and some mentioned they went to the train station instead to use the Wi-Fi.

Several guests mentioned how one particular receptionist was quite rude to them or had no particular customer service in mind. She and other staff members seemed to have had an attitude towards guests as if they were doing them a favour.
