The staff at Cliff Head have been praised by many guests who stayed here for being friendly and going the extra mile. They responded promptly to all requests and made the guests feel at ease and welcome.

The decor of the rooms has been described as old and drab whilst the furniture and upholstery were criticised for being of low -quality. The overall impression was that the rooms need to be redecorated and equipped with new, modern furniture.
