A good Wi-Fi service is important for many guests, whether they want to use it for business or simply to keep in touch with family and friends. Guests at this hotel say that the Wi-Fi service works really well, having a strong signal and running quickly.

With plenty of good restaurants just two-minutes from the hotel and the popular Shinsaibashi shopping area a 20-minute stroll away, you will not always need public transport. But when you do feel like exploring more of Osaka there are two subway stations nearby, one just five-minutes' walk.

Hotel rooms in cities are often found to be on the small side, and those in Japan may be smaller than most. Guests here say that it is the bathrooms in particular which are small, so perhaps they not the most suitable for larger guests, although they are still perfectly functional.

Some guests were disappointed to find that their rooms looked out only onto the wall of a neighbouring building, and so they did not get to experience any view of the city.

While many guests enjoy their breakfast and find there to be a good selection on offer, some others do note that there is little Western choice. As such, you will have to be prepared to give it a try if stay here. If not, there are convenience shops nearby where more familiar Western food items are available.
