The property is just a few minutes' walk from the Skytrain and metro of Sukhumvit. Guests who loved shopping also had a good time because there is a massive shopping mall by the metro. Even staying at the heart of the city, guests are able to be near distant attractions because of the trains.

Previous guests expressed that the rooms here are generally acceptable. Rooms are high-standard, according to many guests, and the bedding is spotless clean and the in-room facilities are spot on.

Many guests were thankful to the management in their reviews for they were given free room upgrades. Some of the guests got standard-to-superior room upgrades, while the others enjoyed a superior-to-deluxe.

Noise from the lobby and the hallways can quickly enter the rooms. Many guests complained to the front desk that they were disturbed by music coming from the events and parties happening at the premises. Furthermore, others were annoyed that they were able to hear the other guests from neighbouring rooms.

Rooms are generally small. Moreover, some rooms have extremely low ceilings, especially in the ground floor according to many guests. Previous guests who were assigned in those rooms kept on complaining that they always bumped their heads up the ceiling.

Many previous guests felt that the breakfast provided by the hotel was too plain and without too many options. They had to go elsewhere just to satisfy their stomachs. Moreover, the breakfast was not for free, which seemed to infuriate the guests even more.
