City Seasons Hotel Dubai scores big time on its location. The hotel is close to Dubai International airport, City Centre Shopping Mall and Deira City Centre. Many local tourist attractions are also close by and easily accessible from the hotel as reported by past guests.

You can relax after a tiring day in the comfortable and spacious rooms at this property. As mentioned by past guests, the rooms are large and spacious making it perfect for couples and families with kids.

May it be reception, service or housekeeping, the friendly staff at this property has been able to impress all the past visitors. The team here works for the welfare of its guests and even goes out of the way to assist them.

Hotel guests have encountered issues with the room key card. The key card gets deactivated anytime it gets close to anything magnetic like credit cards and mobile phones. Guests had to visit reception to get it reactivated which annoyed them.

Since the hotel usually has high occupancy, in certain instances past guests had to wait for the breakfast. As per some of the guests, buffet breakfast was too crowded and they were made to wait first for a table and then for the food.

City Seasons Hotel Dubai can do better with the sound insulation in the room as some of past guests suggested that rooms facing the road side had some traffic noise coming off the street. Moreover, guests were able to hear noise from next-door and corridor.
