Location is a short walk to everything
The hotel is located at the very centre of the city! Guests are happy that they get to stay in the midst of Masjid India Bazaar where they are able to purchase good apparel, souvenirs, and food. The LRT train station is also a five-minute walk from the hotel for those who needed to get outside the city.

Rooms are generally clean
There weren't much complaints about the state of cleanliness and orderliness of the rooms. Each quarter was well-maintained and fixed regularly. Linens were changed constantly, and the bathroom toiletries and the supplies in the kitchen were always refilled.

Poor first impression
The first impression of the majority of previous guests wasn't good. They took note of the populated area the hotel is situated, as well as the unimpressive entrance to the establishment. According to them, parking was very hard to find, and when they entered the building, the lobby was too small.

Generally noisy establishment
Many guests stated that the rooms were so thin they were not just able to hear noise from neighbouring rooms, but the noise from outside the building as well. Guests were constantly disturbed by the sound of people talking, laughing, and walking on the hallways.

There were rooms with broken air conditioning units. In some rooms, the room temperature was still high even though the air conditioner was set on its coolest. Other guests even had to request for a small fan because they thought the air conditioners were broken.
