Chac Chi Hotel & Suites (Isla Mujeres, Mexico)

Guests were happy to have a clean and spacious room and common areas in the hotel. The hotel itself is well kept from the pool to the lounge area, the areas have enough space. The rooms were also found to be quite spacious and to be clean.

The staff members were found to be kind and accommodating by guests. They were happy to book tours in the island and to recommend things to do and see. Guests were happy to have knowledgeable people to talk to and who would try to resolve any issues.

The views were found to be spectacular and amazing by guests who stayed here. The rooms with ocean views provided for a perfect place to sit and watch the ocean from your own private balcony. The surrounding ocean scenery was well worth it.

The Wi-Fi was found to be a poor amenity in the hotel and guests were annoyed at the weak signal received during their stay. The hotel could put in a greater effort for the service as it has become an important one.

The outdoor pool was not very inviting since the sun never reached it during the day. It was not fun to take a swim in a shady pool, hidden in between buildings.

Guests felt the breakfast was lacking in items to fill them up for the day. They would have liked some eggs, meats and vegetables included, instead of just bread and fruits.
