positive:
Unbeatable location in Akasaka
Centurion Hotel Grand Akasaka is just a three-minute walk from the Akasaka-Mitsuke Metro station, which can link guests to many of Tokyo's most popular destinations. Moreover, guests noted that there are many shopping stalls, convenience stores and even street food stalls around the area.
positive:
Delightful Japanese breakfast
The breakfast offered on-site is well reviewed! If you are fond of Japanese food, then you should definitely try their breakfast. Delicious soy-dogs, miso soups and a wide variety of rice meals are served every morning. If your taste is more Western, then you should not despair, as there are cheeses, bacon, bread and boiled eggs available as well.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Rooms are a little tight
Some of the guests commented that the rooms are too small for their needs, mentioning that the space constraint in the room is good for not more than two people. Take note that most of the hotels in Japan value minimalist designs and furnishings, so most hotels in the country have small rooms.
negative:
TV has no English channels
Few of the guests were disappointed for there are no English channels available on the TV. This is just a minor issue though, since there are many interesting things you can enjoy aside from watching TV.
negative:
Incompetent receptionists at times
Check-in/check-out is fast and efficient, although some of the guests reported being given wrong directions by the front desk staff. Some experienced having to repeat their requests a multiple times.
