Guests can connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi without any hitch. The hotel provides its free unlimited Wi-Fi internet access whether they are in their rooms or at public areas. The signal quality is good and the speeds are reasonable.

Though the hotel serves a wonderful, skilfully prepared and well varied breakfast, quite a number of guests were of the opinion that the items served were greatly overpriced.

Those who had booked for the long haul were inconvenienced due to the limited amount of storage space available in rooms. Even those who had packed quite a bit were affected.

Quite a number of guests were put off by the absence of tea and coffee making facilities inside the rooms. They were of the opinion that they should be included in each room.
