Cedar Street Hotel & Suites (Sandpoint, USA)

A couple of guests mentioned that the parking at the hotel was undercover. Guests really appreciated being able to park out of the sometime harsh winter weather, both for the sake of their car and so that they didn't need to brave the elements each time they had to go to their car.

“Awesome” was in fact the word that many used to described the beds. The mattresses were said to be exceptionally comfortable. So much so that guests wondered how they would be able to fit them in their suitcase, so as to sneak them by hotel reception.

Unusually for a La Quinta property, this hotel is pretty much downtown. Guests enjoyed being able to stroll the streets of Sandpoint and look for a great restaurant, bar or shop to spend a bit of time in, without having to get in the car and drive.

While it wasn't a massive inconvenience, some guests wondered why the hotel was split over three buildings. For some this meant that visiting reception involved walking outside, possibly in bad weather.

An unusual number of guests reported problems with the Wi-Fi. Sometimes it simply didn't work at all, but several also mentioned that it would work, but deliver speeds that were too slow to run many modern apps.

While not experienced by all those using the hot tub, a few did report that they found the water, well, not hot but rather lukewarm. It resulted in an underwhelming experience.
