Helpful and polite, this staff is always willing to go that extra mile.  Reception and bar staff, as well as those assigned to serve in the function rooms, are particularly enjoyable.

Some would have preferred a larger selection of items on the breakfast menu and higher quality meats.  Others were sad there was no evening meal during their stay.

Some were not thrilled to be placed in the Brewery Annex when they had not been advised prior to check-in that they were staying anywhere other than the main building. Others couldn't care less and liked the Annex just fine.  It should be noted the path t
