Relaxing in every way
There's not much nightlife around this area so you'll be blessed with peace and quiet each night of your stay. The hotel terrace is a perfect spot for reading your book in the sun while the patio rooms are said to be great for those with children.

Needs more updating
The hotel seems to be undergoing some work in areas here and there but in many guests' opinions, the entire place is in need of more renovation work. It's starting to get rough around the edges with stains on the carpets and furniture that has seen better days.
negative:
No on-site bar
Many guests are surprised to find that the once opened bar and restaurant have been closed and that there is only a bakery on-site now. They feel a little disappointed but are assured by staff that there are plans to reopen both.
negative:
Not much to do nearby
This is the historic area of the city, but unless you visit the sunken gardens daily, then there's not much to do within walking distance. It's a lovely place that's just a little too quiet for some.
