Many visitors remarked that one of the things they like most about this hotel is its level of cleanliness and how welcome you feel you here. Whether it's the conditions of the hotel rooms themselves or the friendly front desk employees, many visitors really enjoyed their stay.

Most guests enjoyed the fact that had a functioning kitchenette with a full-size fridge. They were able to compare meals at 'home'. The other option guests enjoyed was the pantry that allowed you to rent (for free) additional items like DVDs or blenders. For many people who have visited before, this hotel is their go-to location in Plano. For first-timers, a number of them said they were satisfied and would return.

Whether it's the front desk or housekeeping, a number of people remarked that they really enjoyed how they were treated by the staff members. For instance, some visitors expressed their gratitude at housekeeping for finding their lost items and returning them safely.

For people who have a difficult time sleeping outside of their homes you may experience some noise here. A few guests said that they were awoken by noisy neighbors and that the walls aren't very thick.

A handful of people mentioned that the beds can be a bit saggy. So, if you like your mattresses extra firm, you could be disappointed with this location. Overall, however, most people didn't have an issue with the mattresses.
