Guests expressed that the property has a perfect location! It is only a short drive from the central business district and near major establishments such as the airport and Pacific Highway. Moreover, guests also appreciated the property's waterfront location along Hastings River Drive.

The huge, well-maintained, and immaculately clean outdoor pool was extremely enjoyed by guests especially the kids. They loved the pool area so much that they played the whole time and did not want to leave.

The incredibly efficient service rendered by the staff was appreciated by most guests. They had a great sense of humour and were extremely friendly yet remained respectful and polite. They were also very knowledgeable and provided helpful assistance to the guests all throughout their stay.

The lack of a proper heating system inside the cabins was very difficult for guests especially for families with kids. It was freezing the whole time especially during the night and there were no heaters provided to keep the cabins warm enough.

Most of the negative reviews were focused on the extremely poor quality of the beds. The double mattresses were worn out and guests can feel the springs sticking out of them, while the bunk beds were quite small and uncomfortable. There were also visible stains and holes on the sheets. Moreover, there were no proper linens available, since guests were required to bring their own.

Aside from the dirty bathroom area and small shower heads, guests also had issues with the small space provided for the shower. The shower cubicles were very small so guests especially those with large frames had difficulty going to the toilet or dressing up.
