Camden on the Lake Resort (Lake Ozark, USA)

The hotel offers an extensive range of on-site facilities including an outdoor pool and hot-tub as well as a spa and fitness center. Guests enjoyed a variety of water sports on the lake whilst others just relaxed on the loungers by the pool. There is live entertainment at the bar on weekends which also proved popular with many. .

The food on offer at the two restaurants was described as very tasty and being of high quality. Guests said that there was plenty of choice on offer and that the service was prompt and efficient. Many said that the waiting staff were attentive and courteous and that their dining experiences were overall very positive. .

For many guests the views of the lake and the marina from their rooms was the highlight of their stay at Camden. Being able to sit out on their balconies with their morning coffee and admire the wonderful scenery was thoroughly appreciated by all who stayed here.

There are live bands that play at the on-site restaurant every evening and guests whose rooms were looking onto the lake objected to the loud music which prevented many from getting a good night's sleep. .

Some of the guests said the level of housekeeping was rather low as the rooms did not seem to have been properly cleaned. Whilst some objected to the cobwebs and dust in the rooms others said that they found refuse and items from previous occupants upon entering into their suites. .

The walls in the rooms have been described as very thin as guests could hear everything that was going on in the adjoining suites. Many also objected to the noise that could be heard from the corridors. .
