Negative Reviews
negative:
Guest bathrooms aren't always clean.
Some areas of Cahir House are in need of a deeper cleaning, and that includes the private bathrooms. Tiles are in need of a thorough scrubbing, and guests also comment about toilets that are dirty.
negative:
Older building presents limitations.
As this manor turned guesthouse is a historical building, the architecture has some limitations when it comes to modern expectations. There is no room for a lift, and the stonework prevents a proper Wi-Fi signal from reaching every room. Likewise some of the decor is a bit too dated for guests.
negative:
Area is busy with traffic.
This guesthouse is right on Cahir's main square, which puts it in one of the busiest areas in town. As a result, there is a lot of traffic - and noise - that can bother guests staying in rooms facing the roads.
