Solid location near MRT station
Guests praised the location of this boutique hotel, which is just a short walk from Nathan Road, Kowloon's main thoroughfare. Additionally, many were pleased to find that this property is well-located for Ladies Market and the multistory shopping complex at Langham Place. Guests eager to explore the wider Kowloon/Hong Kong area found the nearby Mass Rapid Transit station - Olympic - to be very handy.
positive:
Lots of in-room amenities here
Guests of this small property were pleased to find that rooms contained lots of thoughtful amenities, something not necessarily expected at this price point. Slippers, robes and complimentary toiletries as well as kettles were all much appreciated by guests.
positive:
Good value for money
Given this hotel's good location and the access that it afforded guests to the wider metro area, many commented that this basic property represented outstanding value for money.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Incredibly small rooms
Many were caught completely off-guard by the absolutely tiny rooms here. Units were so small that guests reported that they were unable to completely open their suitcases in their rooms. Those who plumped for family-sized rooms fared no better; indeed, multiple occupancies seemed to result in even more cramped conditions.
negative:
Uncomfortable beds, poor sleep quality
Small mattresses were a consistent problem here. This meant that many guests had to curl up in order to fit onto their beds. This, of course, resulted in poor sleep quality.
negative:
Unfriendly front desk
Also, many found this property's front desk team to be incredibly unhelpful and unfriendly. Staff here were not particularly responsive to guest queries or problems.
