Herbergh Amsterdam Airport's restaurant serves freshly cooked Italian or Dutch meals with matching great beer, which are described by most guests as the best meal they've ever had in Europe. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of American food while guests can enjoy authentic Italian and French dishes during lunch and dinner.

Guests are quite comfortable with the free shuttle service offered by the hotel, which is just a five-minute walk from the establishment. It is better than taking the train or cab and even driving your own car so guests can save transportation and parking fees.

The main highlight is the hotel's practical location near the airport. Guests prefer the hotel since it is close to the airport, and it offers direct access to the free shuttle service as well as other major establishments, shops and villages.

Some guests were not impressed with the attitude of some of the staff. They're not the type who will go the extra mile to assist guests and most of guests' requests have either been ignored or denied. The guests felt they were not treated special and employees were not even smiling the whole time.

Most guests were quite disappointed with the lack of lift on-site, which was quite hard for those who carry a lot of bags. The hotel facilities are also not disabled-friendly.

Guests were displeased with the poor sound insulation of the rooms that makes it hard for them to get some sleep especially at night. They can hear all kinds of noises such as street noise, loud footsteps, and people talking along the halls and inside other rooms.
