It's More Than One Star
Though this apart/hotel has a "one-rating,” you have to give it a high-five. It's a decent place with an artistic design. If you like to cook, you have cooking equipment. The units are clean with interesting touches like offbeat furnishings and nice wall art. They're cosy and for the most part quite comfortable.

The Location Is Dandy
The apart/hotel is located near Sky Plaza, where you can shop till you drop. There's a bike rental nearby. The city centre via the main train station, which is two minutes away, is only three stops away with the train. The financial centre is a ten-minute walk and the low-cost supermarket Lidl can easily be reached by foot.

Fast And Friendly
The Wi-Fi is above average, which is saying a lot compared to many hotels. The staff are friendly, courteous, and very helpful. They speak perfect English too! Housekeeping is provided daily. You are given fresh towels, your dishes are washed, etc. This gives the facility a hotel appeal though it's advertised as apartments.

An Unexpected Exercise Session
There are no elevators, so you will have to lug your luggage up the stairs.

Is It Laziness Or Simply Convenience?
The facility does offer breakfast, but for some reason they don't make it obvious, which may be on purpose by design. Who knows, pre-ordered customized breakfasts with so many different requests may be something they are trying to avoid.

There's Room For Improvement
There are things that can be improved like the bathroom. It's really small. Something to hang up coats or towels would be good. Another chair would be helpful, they only supply one. There's no air conditioning and a coffee machine, sachets and teabags in the room would make a big difference.
