Bodhi Serene - Boutique Hotel Chiang Mai (Chiang Mai, Thailand)

With a relaxed ambience, the hotel's lives up to the status as a four star boutique hotel. The rooms are very clean and well arranged. The beds and beddings are very comfortable and the pillows are just the right mix of firm and soft. The bathrooms are very clean and well maintained.

Guests were pleased with the customer service at the hotel. The staff will make you feel right at home and as part of the family. Queries and complaints are speedily solved any concerns a customer may have are handled properly. The reception team is caring and always ready to lend a hand.

There is plenty of choice at the hotel's onsite restaurant. Guests can enjoy the different cuisines, high quality of the food and desserts offered.

Though the swimming pool is in good shape, a few guests thought it was bit dated with regard to its tiles. Some broken tiles were evident as they were in a state of disrepair.

Guests were inconvenienced of having to go to the lobby in order to enjoy the free Wi-Fi at a better speed. The speeds in rooms and in public places were quite slow.

Sound insulation appeared to be minimal. According to some guests, noise travelled easily from room to room. For instance, rooms near the kitchen area kept some awake while others complained about loud chats that could be heard from other rooms.
