Blue Harbor Resort & Spa (Sheboygan, USA)

Guests who stayed here with small children said that there were plenty of activities on offer for their little ones including the popular indoor water park and mini golf as well as the games room. Families with children were offered themed rooms featuring aquarium scenes which the younger visitors thoroughly enjoyed. If you are going to be staying here with your kids then there certainly won't be a dull moment for them.

There are many restaurants and cafes within walking distance of the resort and also an ice cream parlor across the road which many of the guests found convenient. A short walk along the foot path takes you to the little sandy beach of Lake Michigan which was also very popular with many.

Many guests enjoyed sitting out on their balconies and patios and admiring the wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. The hotel occupies an enviable position permitting views of Lake Michigan and the Sheboygan River.

The choice on offer in the restaurants was said to be rather limited with some guests objecting to the lack of healthy options on the menus. As a result, quite a few guests chose to eat at some of the many nearby restaurants and cafes.

Some of the guests found the overall cleanliness of their rooms rather lacking as they noticed debris and dirt in the rooms from the previous occupants. Others also objected to the fact that housekeeping did not service their rooms on a daily basis.

The indoor water park was said to be rather small and can feel quite crowded and noisy at times. The outdoor pool was also said to be on the small side.
