Blanq Carmen Hotel (Valencia, Spain)

The room amenities were thought to be a nice addition and most guests noticed the slight differences in certain items. The towels were thick, extra-large beds and free toiletries were nice additions to have. Many were happy with the comfort of the rooms.

The hotel is in a good location and within a short walk from the old central area of the city. Guests were able to walk from the hotel to several restaurants, bars, shops and monuments. There are also some parks and public transport locations.

The Wi-Fi is found to work well for most guests who appreciated having in-room Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi that worked in the rooms was very comfortable since there are some hotels that provide only public area Wi-Fi.

The room smells were found to be disturbing and annoyed some guests to the point of complaining to the front desk. Some opened the windows to lessen the bad smell. Some thought the smell was due to the drainage, but it was very disturbing.

The noises coming from outdoors such as the traffic which was a bit disturbing for some guests. Some would have wished to have stayed in quieter rooms to not be disrupted during their sleep.

Some guests found the breakfast offered by the hotel to be boring and lacking in taste. Even if there were a few items available, at least let them taste good. The coffee and cereals were not found to be fresh.
