Spotlessly clean in south Wales.
Rooms aren’t just clean – they’re spacious too and include all those little extras that make the stay special. Beds, also, are super comfy. If splashing out on a suite; some have double width showers and whirlpool baths!

So this is ‘fast’ food.
At busy times and in an effort to keep things flowing, service can be ultra fast. This frenzy results in a not very relaxing meal. Food tends to be on the bland side, so ‘exciting’ – it isn’t! A similar situation occurs at buffet breakfast, where, also,

Bedding on the cheap.
Thin duvets, poor quality pillows and absence of housekeeping in public areas and corridors. Can do better!

A hazy entrance.
For some reason, they’ve allocated an area for smokers - immediately outside the main entrance. This, then, is the first, unimpressive, view of the hotel for the arriving guest.
