Best Western Plus Miami Executive Airport Hotel and Suites (Kendall, USA)

Many guests had their expectations blown away by this hotel. It was often hard for them to believe that they were staying at a chain hotel based on the tasteful and modern decor, and many said that it was a pleasure to come back to clean, nicely decorated rooms.

Fantastic customer service wasn't hard for guests to find. There were many individuals who went above and beyond for guests, and it was clear to many that hotel employees really knew how to deliver friendly, top-notch service.

Guests who had time to use the pool or gym weren't disappointed, and felt that having these amenities onsite was a big bonus. Just like the rest of the property, everything was nicely maintained, and guests liked the variety of equipment at the gym and space at the pool.

There was a bit of confusion about the address of this property, with some guests thinking that it was near the Miami International Airport and not the much smaller Kendall Airport. And while the location was exactly what many guests were looking for, others didn't like that it was far from restaurants and shops.

Several guests complained of spotty Wi-Fi that was often out of service for long periods of time. And while staff members did their best to rectify the problem when possible, it wasn't always a quick fix.

If you like to sleep in, keep in mind that the free breakfast ended too early for many weary travelers. Another area of improvement were the crowded facilities, with some guests unable to sit down at breakfast when the hotel was particularly full.
