The property has an excellent location according to most guests. McAllen Miller International Airport is just right across the street, while the La Plaza Mall can be reached within a five-minute walk. Furthermore, most of the guests here stayed because they are attending conference or a special event at the nearby McAllen Convention Center.

Issues with reservation may arise
Some of the guests who booked rooms online weren't acknowledged by the front desk. Some contacted the hotel directly to make a reservation, but still got rooms that they did not request. When this happens to you, speak to the manager to have the issue settled right away.
