Smiling seems to be truly contagious at this Best Western, where members of staff were repeatedly complimented by guests for keeping a bright and sunny demeanor, and making visitors feel truly welcome. Even the housekeeping staff wore cheery smiles on the job.

If you're in town for theme park excitement, you've picked a great location. Guests were thrilled to be just ten minutes from the Disneyland Resort, with other theme parks also located conveniently close by. Those visiting students at nearby universities also found the location to be ideal.

Several guests appreciated having a hot breakfast included in the price of the room. They also enjoyed having a good selection of both cold and hot items, including scrambled egg, bacon, and cheese omelettes. The breakfast room itself was also described as having a pleasant ambience.

In some of the rooms, guests complained of seriously noisy water pipes when neighbors were taking showers. The noise was loud enough to wake people up during early morning or late night bathing sessions.

While many guests seemed happy with their rooms, others described theirs as being unacceptably dirty and dusty. Grimy carpets, moldy showers and sinks, and stained bath linens were mentioned.
