Trade Winds Bed and Breakfast (Philadelphia, USA)

Guests were extremely impressed with the spacious and fully-equipped rooms. The rooms, especially the master suites, have a mini-fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and a small kitchen. The guests were also pleased with the inclusion of a fireplace and the Mediterranean atmosphere with gorgeous furnishings.

Aside from being genuinely concerned with the needs of the guests, the staff most especially the host has demonstrated professional yet friendly assistance. The host was very accommodating and was not strict with its policy so guests were able to feel comfortable due to the host's personable and warm persona.

Previous guests were pleased with the property's close distance to major establishments such as the Independence Hall, Kimmel Centre, and Reading Terminal Market. It is also near restaurants and supermarkets such as Whole Foods and everything can be reached within a short walking distance.

The poor level of cleanliness of the bathrooms was appalling for most of the guests. Furthermore, the bathrooms have no lock from the inside so some guests were quite uncomfortable due to security concerns. Some guests also had to wait for their turn to use the shower, which was very inconvenient.

Guests also had issues with the lack of an available lift on-site. They had to manually climb the stairs which was quite difficult for those who had mobility issues and for guests who carry a lot of luggage.

Since the guesthouse was offering a self-serve breakfast such as milk, yoghurt and some cereals, which can be found inside the actual rooms, most guests were displeased. The food served was very basic and minimal so guests were not satisfied with their whole breakfast experience.
