When it comes to comfort and cleanliness, the rooms at the Monte Cristo excel - in the opinion of many former guests. As well as being spotlessly clean with comfortable beds, the antique décor that supplements the room ambience was also received favorably.

One negative point about the Monte Cristo is that the accommodation does not have its own on-site parking lot. With that said, there is supposedly an abundant amount of street parking that surrounds the and few previous visitors had a problem acquiring a spot.

Although it has not proved to be a noticeable problem for most, a number of past guests have had a grievance about the oversight of air conditioning in the rooms at the accommodation. As a result, controlling the temperature in the summer months can apparently be troublesome.
