This hotel doesn't really market itself as a hotel with a pool, and some guests are surprised to find an indoor pool that's great for the kids. If you're lucky, you might even get it to yourself at some point during your stay.

The owners of this small hotel give a warm Scottish welcome to all of their guests. When you arrive, you'll be impressed by the friendliness of the staff as they love to chat and are very eager to help out in any way that they can.

The first meal of the day is taken seriously at this hotel where the kitchen staff do their best to fill you up for the rest of the day. You'll be able to skip lunch after this big meal, and all of it is cooked to perfection.

Guests have found that some of the rooms at this hotel aren't as big as they could be. They feel that the beds are too big for the rooms meaning that you are left with very little space for your luggage which is not ideal in any hotel.

This hotel is in need of a refurb in all areas. It's not too bad, but guests have noted that it really could do with freshening up. It's a little dated in terms of both décor and furnishings which makes you feel like you're in an old budget hotel.
