Located on nearby Staten Island, the property is close enough to New York City (via the nearby Staten Island Ferry) to make getting to and from the city easy and convenient.

Guests can enjoy some of the most incredible views of the Manhattan and New York City skylines from their bedroom windows. The property location also provides views of the iconic New York Harbor and the many classic landmarks and tourist attractions.

Each room is provided with a number of amenities that helps to create a good value-for-money option that is attractive to both family, couple and business travelers. Room choices include suites with separate living areas and private en-suites, rooms with bunk beds or twin beds with shared bathroom facilities and one room with its own kitchenette. Rooms also include flat screen cable TV, free Wi-Fi, hair dryers and free toiletries.

The bed & breakfast does not have its own parking lot and can only provide a limited street parking situation in front of the property.

The continental breakfast that is provided as a complimentary feature is very limited and consists mostly of donuts, breads or rolls and popular cereals as well as fresh coffee and fruit juice.

Thanks to its location on Staten Island, the bed & breakfast is able to provide more cost-effective accommodation but is unfortunately lacking in local attractions as most attractions are either in New York City or Manhattan, both can only be accessed via the Staten Island Ferry which can sometimes run infrequently.
