Just 30 minutes from the Villanubia-Valladolid Airport, this Bed and Breakfast, El Encuentro, is an old house situated in Villalón de Campos, in the very heart of the Tierra de Campos and renovated in the year 2004. The whole structure of the building is made of wood and adobe, the materials which are characteristic of the authentic ecological architecture. Perfect to visit Valladolid, Palencia, León and Zamora. In its restoration the owners have aimed to preserve as much as possible the traditional architecture of the area. The decoration aims to offer total comfort. The whole house has open wooden beams, giving it an especially warm and cosy atmosphere. Situated in the old part of Villalón de Campos, a small village which today still preserves its rural feeling and possesses an interesting historical and artistic heritage, with its three Churches, a magnificent Main Square and ancient stone monument, which has become the symbol of Villalón.
