Only 10 minutes drive from the city, Corte Ginepro is located in the green Italian countryside: the B&B sleeps 2 to 4 people in 2 bedrooms, comprising a double and a twin. Both bedrooms look out onto the property's park and orchard. This peaceful house is surrounded by a 100,000 m2 park, with a pond (fishing allowed), lots of fruit trees and rose bushes. You’ll stay in nature pure and you can watch ducks, pheasants, hares and others walking around. Well-behaved dogs are welcome (a maximum of one per room) and with 25 acres of land, there is plenty of room to let them off the lead and run free. There is a splendid breakfast room with a wood burning stove. The rooms are spacious with central heating, the huge bathroom has a shower and WC. There is a patio with table, chairs and a private pool in summer. There is plenty of parking. No smoking in the house. You can easily find restaurants and pizzeria with typical Italian cooking in the area. Corte Ginepro is a great base from which to explore the surrounding area and the towns of Mantova, Verona, Modena, Bologna or the Garda lake.
