Guests were very pleased with regard to the positive attitudes of the members of staff at the hotel particularly the host. The employees stood out because of their professionalism and attention to detail. They are always eager to help and point out attractions nearby that they think may be of interest to you.

Guests were very pleased by the hotel restaurants, breakfast menus. The items were diverse and expertly prepared. The hot and cold menus were affordable and guests had a wide variety of choices to choose from.

The wireless internet connection is strong throughout the hotel. The speed is fairly quick and therefore can be fit for moderate web browsing. The signal holds and does not drop even when moving from room to room with your device.

Some guests were dissatisfied with the quality of mattresses and pillows provided pointing out that they were too hard and small. The air conditioning was seen as being ineffective, temperamental and of poor quality and worked in some rooms and not in others.

A common complaint voiced was regarding the size of the pillows. A few guests felt that the pillows were too small to be practical while others were of the opinion that the pillows were too soft for their fondness.

The paper thin walls in the rooms was a major complain from guests. Sound from television sets and loud conversations carried easily from room to room and those who were light sleepers could not have a relaxing night's sleep.
