B my Hotel (Tijuana, Mexico)

Reception, housekeeping, and security seem to be on their toes and do a good job. The staff is friendly, attentive, and offer great suggestions for getting around town.

The hotel has gated security, which makes you feel comfortable and safe. The area is well lit and parking is secure. It's located directly at the entryway of the downtown area. If you like to party you will find plenty of nightclubs too. The fish market is a couple of blocks away and Costco is not far. You won't get bored that's for sure.

The hotel breakfast is satisfying. Scrambled eggs, fresh fruit like mangoes, yoghurt, oatmeal, cereal, ham, juices and coffees and more, will give you a good start to your day. Be sure to checkout the cappuccino machine that offers a variety of delicious cappuccinos. They have snacks on offer as well.

The bathroom has no counter space for your toiletries and no hook for hanging your towel. There's no bedside lamp and the one ceiling light is too much. Bottled water in the room would be a good idea as no one really drinks the local water, but then again there's no fridge in the room! A safe would be practical as most people in the area prefer not to walk around with valuables like passports, cash, or gold jewellery.

The walls are too thin and you can easily hear other visitors. The commotion in the corridor and from the street can be heard as well.

The Wi-Fi could be stronger and you have to re-enter your information everyday.
