Diners often said they enjoyed the fresh, filling and tasty continental breakfast buffet. Reviewers spoke highly of the customer service and commented that they usually dealt with friendly, obliging and efficient personnel with good local knowledge.

Sightseers liked being a short drive from the historic Palace of Versailles with its magnificent gardens. It was also possible to enjoy a pleasant walk to the palace via the edge of the gardens. Drivers appreciated the free public parking and proximity of key routes like the A12, A13 and A86 Paris ring road, enabling uncomplicated access to the city centre for shopping, sports venues, sightseeing and museums. The neighbouring shopping mall was reportedly convenient as it contained several dining options.

Several reviewers remarked that certain rooms were fairly small or had limited storage space. Others sometimes said they struggled to adjust the room temperature to their liking. There were several reports of cleanliness issues such as bathrooms that could have been more vigorously cleaned plus dust and mould.

Although guests welcomed the provision of free parking at the neighbouring shopping centre, it was reportedly a bit of a trek through the maze of the mall for some motorists arriving with lots of luggage or those with limited mobility.

Even though many guests said they enjoyed a peaceful night's rest, noise from adjacent rooms and corridors sometimes travelled too easily and caused a nuisance for several light sleepers.
