The breakfast buffet is expertly prepared and quite varied. Food items that run out are quickly replenished with a fresh batch from the kitchen. Guests were pleased by the fact that the buffet was included in the room price.

Guests have lauded the members of staff at the hotel for their professionalism and attention to detail. They are always eager to help and point out attractions nearby that they think may be of interest to you. They are also multilingual and this aided in smooth communication between themselves and international guests.

The hotel is strategically positioned close to many attractions. Plenty of restaurants, pubs and supermarkets are all within a short distance. Guests can also explore nearby attractions such as Disney Land in Marne La Valle and various historical sites in the city of Paris.

Small rooms and tiny bathrooms are a common complaint among some of the guests at the hotel. Guests with large families mainly found the rooms to be a bit inadequate.

A few guests have complained about the air conditioning in some rooms. The unit was quite noisy and disturbed their sleep while others were very dissatisfied with the temperature controls, especially during the periods when the weather became hot.

A number of guests were disappointed by the lack of a kettle or a coffee machine in their rooms. They felt that this should be a basic component in guestrooms and considering the status of this hotel, they felt let down that this was not the case.
