AZ Hotel & Suites (Panama City, Panama)

On the whole, guests were pretty pleased with the location of the hotel. While not quite in the very centre of Panama City, guests reported that there was nevertheless a great selection of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. They certainly didn't feel they needed to travel far for these amenities.

Recent guests were in agreement that both the rooms and public areas of the hotel were kept spotlessly clean for the duration of their trip. It seemed as if housekeeping were doing an incredible job.

While guests didn't usually go into great detail as to the reason why, many did say that they found the breakfast served at the hotel every morning to be top class and a great start to their day.

A remarkable number of guests reported finding their bathroom to be much too small. It is unclear whether all the bathrooms are the same size, but it seems that at least a good number are small enough to make them uncomfortable to use.

There were a number of minor complaints about bed comfort, with some guests saying that the mattresses were just a little too firm to be truly comfortable.

A number of guests had some sort of issue with the room air conditioning, saying that there did not seem to be any other settings than “freezing” or “boiling”, leading to some discomfort.
