This hotel is perfectly located for guests wishing to visit the older main attractions. The tram is within a short walking distance of this hotel, which makes for ease of travel around the city. Guests have found this to be a great place to base themselves as most everything is located within walking distance.

The front desk attendants have proven time and again that to returning guests that their attitudes are never changing. Always the friendly service, and the information on the surrounding area is readily available to any guest who may ask.

Guests have stated that with the comfort and general value of their stay at this hotel, the room rates offered are very reasonable. Guests find themselves in great lodgings, with extremely comfortable rooms, which is overall great value for money.

For guests that come from other countries, Wi-Fi is important in order to remain in contact with loved ones or business colleagues. Unfortunately, the service is unreliable, and disconnects often, resulting in frustrations, and many complaints.

The continental breakfast on offer each morning is rather limited in it's selection, and guests have found complaint with what is actually on offer. A better selection, with more variety in items would go a long way to appease any guest.

Many guests have found that they have struggled to communicate with some of the staff, as the English language is rather limited to the upper staff members.
