Bathrooms are a Dirty Little Secret
Many guest commented that the bathrooms themselves are small, dark, have outdated fixtures, and occasionally lack hot water in the showers and taps. Tiles are often in sore need of attention.

Complimentary Breakfasts Aren't Complimentary
Guests overwhelmingly agree that, although The Loft
restaurant in the hotel serves excellent meals later in the day, the complimentary
breakfasts at the hotel leave a lot to be desired. Only the most basic items
are offered, with no variation from one day to the next.
