Wonderful views from the top floor!
Breathtaking views from the top floor of the hotel are what previous guests adore! At the deck is the dining area where guests can easily wonder at the magnificent view of the Sky Tree and Tokyo skyline. Furthermore, guests made it a point to reserve for a room at the higher floors to enjoy the said scenery.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Small facilities
Like most Japanese hotels, rooms in this property are small, especially from a Westerner's preference. Many reported that the space is not enough for their needs. Bathrooms are small too, which made it difficult for them to shower.
negative:
Problematic breakfast
Many guests feel that the breakfast served on-site isn't worth having, stating that the quality of food is getting inferior and inferior as days go by. There weren't plenty of food choices, making the entire meal unsatisfying.
negative:
Uncomfortable sleeping materials
Beds are low to the ground and do not seem very comfortable according to many previous guests. They felt that the bed, while not being rock hard, could be more comfortable with another layer of mattress.
