When guests entered the establishment, they readily observed its newly refurbished features. The hotel does not look run down or old; in fact, the facilities are newly refurbished and well-maintained.

Despite being on a street, guests noted how quiet it was inside the establishment. Sure, there were vehicles passing by outside, but they barely noticed them, especially when they were inside of the room.

Some of the guests mentioned in their reviews that the room they got have too much lighting. Some rooms have strong white light coming from the ceiling, and some guests feel like this is excessive and inappropriate. You may report this to the management and see what they can do, or better yet, demand a room transfer.

Check the furnishings in your room and see if they are covered with dust, especially the hairdryer. Guests reported that the furnishings they have in their rooms were covered with thin dust. Some even saw cobwebs in the ceiling! Immediately call for a housekeeper if you experience this issue.

Despite being friendly to guests, some staff members at the front desks were reported to be 'useless' as most of the requests they received were not fulfilled. They will be apologetic and approachable, but you might find that their services are a little below average.
