Arosa Rio Hotel (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil)

Most of the previous guests' positive reviews were focused on the excellent quality of the breakfast food. The hotel offers wide selection of breads, cheese, cereals, pastries, coffee and fresh fruits which were not only delicious but were freshly made and prepared.

Despite their struggle with communicating in English, the staff had proved themselves to be worth of commendation due to their welcoming, polite, and helpful service to the guests. They were willing to resolve all the issues raised by guests and made special arrangements to assist guests with their trips to different areas in Rio de Janeiro.

The rooms are quite huge and well-maintained according to most guests. The size was more than adequate for the needs of the guests and was very comfortable to large groups or families. Moreover, the space provided was more than enough for the guests to move around the room.

Most guests were disappointed with the poor Wi-Fi within the hotel premises especially inside the rooms. Guests could connect or log-in using their smart phones or gadgets due to the slow and unreliable Internet which was compared to a ‘dial-up connection'.

According to previous guests, due to the hotel's distance from Metro Stations, beaches and famous tourists' spots, they had difficulty navigating the area. It was also quite risky to roam the city especially during the night because of the presence of drunk individuals from nearby pubs and homeless people.

Guests had issues with the loud noises such as talking and shouting coming from the adjacent rooms. They could basically hear almost everything due to the thin structure of the walls.
