The rooms and common areas of the hotel were found to be very clean and tidy by most guests. They enjoyed the rooms because they were kept tidy and organized. The hotel was also found to be in good condition.

The staff members were found to be friendly by most guests who said they were willing to help their guests with requests and information of the city. Some staff also spoke a decent English to near bilingual.

The hotel is found to be in a great location for many guests who found the city's attractions to be within walking distance. The fish market and various eateries were close by, as well as various public transportation stops to explore other areas of the city.

Some guests found the beds to be too soft and uncomfortable to sleep on. They felt the beds could be a bit harder. Some also felt the carpets could use a replacement or good cleaning.

Some guests complained they could hear the chatter of the guests next door and it was not very well sound proofed. They would have liked to have a quieter space without having to listen to other people's activities.
