Ideal place for business & leisure travellers
Previous guests appreciated the hotel’s setting as it is located in the area full of offices, and offers no shortage of dining options for having a quick lunch and dinner. It is also very convenient to two of Tokyo metro stations, which is efficient in travelling around the city. Moreover, Wi-Fi signal here is fast and efficient, making home-based projects doable.
positive:
Value for money is guaranteed!
Most of the hotels in this area are very expensive, which makes this property a good find according to guests. Room rates are one of the most affordable. Therefore, most of the guests who stayed here was glad of the quality and service the hotel provided.

Negative Reviews
negative:
Expensive food at the on-site restaurant
There is a service restaurant on the ground floor, but food was very expensive according to previous guests. A continental breakfast alone is very costly, and even more the meals for lunch and dinner. Guests had no difficulty finding a more affordable place to eat though, as various dining options are just within the area.
negative:
Language barrier!
Staffs barely speak English, which made it difficult for the guests to have assistance with regards to their issues. Most of them had to speak directly to the property manager, as he's the only one who seemed capable of speaking effectively to non-Japanese speaking guests.
negative:
Expectedly compact, small rooms
Rooms are very compact, almost claustrophobic. Many guests had the challenge of navigating around the room. There is only one small corridor after entering the door, and then a small space and a bed against the wall.
