They were nice, pleasant, and more than willing to help with all the needs and requests of the guests such as bicycle rentals. Cramped rooms!
Most of the common and most noticeable negative comments from guests are with regards to the small and insufficient size of the rooms. This issue served as a challenge for guests who had too much luggage. Guests had no choice but to rotate or swap places within the rooms so they could move properly and arrange their things.

Previous guests had issues with the slow and weak Wi-Fi within the hotel, which is quite unusual in Japan. The guests consistently get disconnected and most of them had difficulty reconnecting and browsing the Internet.
