Many guests were happy to have the hotel close to various metro and train station lines to get around the city fairly easily. The area is said to be quiet and safe with various restaurants nearby.

Guests felt the price paid for their rooms was overall a good deal given they were in the middle of the city. The prices are found to be a good deal since rooms are clean and have air-conditioning. All in all good accommodations that met the basics.

Some guests felt the staff members could have done some effort in speaking English, but they also thought the staff to be friendly overall, as they tried their best to accommodate guests. Guests felt this was not such a problem and were happy with the customer service.
