Anixi Hotel (Ornos, Greece)

The family that runs Hotel Anixi are very hands-on to what their customers need. There is a certain level one is expected to demand during a holiday away, and this family and their staff go out of their way to see to their guest satisfaction.

As the main focus of this area is the beaches, the bonus that the guests will only have to walk a very short distance to reach the sand, sea, and sun, is a benefit. Cafe's and restaurants are also within short walking distance, offering guests plenty to do within easy reach.

Most, if not all, rooms are fitted with balconies, overlooking the swimming pools, and the beach further down. After a long day, guests will be able to wind down, and enjoy the surrounding landscape and the views that go with it.

Unfortunately, in the middle of summer, air conditioning is a must, and guests who are light sleepers will find that the noise emitted from these machines could be rather disruptive.

Unfortunately, guests will have to get used to making use of a smaller bathroom for the duration of their stay. The facilities are cleaned well, and kept in great working order, but may be cause for a little bit of claustrophobia.

The breakfasts served each morning are quite boring when it comes to repetitiveness. The food options don't include local fruits and cheeses, but rather stay the same with cereals, breads, jams, juices, and baked goods each morning. The food is good, just the same everyday.
