Amara Bangkok Hotel (Bangkok, Thailand)

Amara Bangkok is a fairly new hotel with lots of modern and well-maintained facilities.  Guests reported that the rooftop infinity pool overlooking the city skyline is a great place to relax and have a drink, the Wi-Fi service always works and is fast and supports multiples devices and the fitness centre features modern equipment.

The guest rooms at this hotel are spotlessly clean and serviced regularly.  Guests also reported that the rooms are large, there are plenty of quality, fully-working amenities available, the decor and furnishings are modern, the bathrooms are luxurious with excellent showers and the beds are comfortable.

Guests reported that this hotel is located in an excellent, very central location that is close to some of the most popular attractions in the region.  Many of these attractions in within a short walk from the hotel but despite this central location, it's surprisingly quiet around the hotel.

The meals served at the on-site restaurant at Amara Bangkok are not prepared to a high standard.  Guests reported that some common meals are not prepared the way they should be, too much salt is used in some dishes and some hot items are served cold.

Some guests reported that there were problems with the lights in their room.  For some reason, the lights turn off and on and dim and flicker without explanation.

Although the guest rooms at this hotel are advertised as smoke-free, guests reported being able to smell stale cigarette smoke in their room.
